Woods and Co

Woods and Co first appear on the records in 1899 and seem to be in business until 1915. Their first address is 19 Esplanade which is the where John Inskip’s studio is based and where a number of other photographers rent studio space. There is a cabinet card in Scarborough Museum’s collection with this address. Woods and Co seem to move quite quickly to Westborough (Scarborough Evening News 1899).
